I am currently transitioning into the raw food lifestyle and though I am not a religious person, I must say that I am happy you have written about health & nutrition from a religious perspective because I know many religious, church going people who put too much faith into the medical/pharmaceutical community (while still suffering from illnesses), but refuse to believe that whole food from Mother Nature (or God for religious people) is here to cure them. Maybe putting health in this context will provide people with an "AHA" moment. They seem to have all the faith in the world that God has their back in other situations, but why not health? Is God just gonna leave you out to dry? There is no need to wish for a miracle or keep praying that your diabetes/hypertension/high blood pressure disappears (while you scarf down some soul food) when the cure has already been placed in your grasp. People have a real disconnect between really living and just surviving.<br /><br />"Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food" ~HippocratesTSChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02951227208558263507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4127944451151984000.post-44992706371441875832012-04-12T16:01:59.564-07:002012-04-12T16:01:59.564-07:00FINALLY!!!
