The ABC Herbal by Steven Horne

Addressing a host of common childhood ailments in this easy-to-read little book, Steven will share the same tried and true; herbal home remedies he used with his own children.

I LOVE this book because it is small yet full of useful information. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to make your own herbal extracts and explains in layman's terms the best way to boost your child's immune system in an effort to ward of illnesses. I have made several of the extracts discussed and have had great success. I was able to heal by own body of Mastitis in 24 hours and whenever my children are exposed to a cold or the flu, I am able to lessen the symptoms and help them recover faster. This book is a must have for parents with small children. You may purchase The ABC Herbal from the Bulk Here Store link on the right side of this page.

How to raise a healthy child in spite of your doctor by Dr. Robert S. Mendelsohn

This book really opened my eyes to what's really taking place in the Modern Western Medical Establishment. Dr. Mendelsohn, often referred to as a medical heretic, was shunned by his fellow medical colleagues for openly speaking out and telling the truth on the hidden agenda behind the medical establishment. He has a very radical view when it comes to vaccines, well baby visits, antibiotics and more. The book has helped me keep my children incredibly healthy. None of them have ever had an ear infection and if they ever do, I know what to do and it does not involve a frantic visit to the doctor's office. This book will save you time, money, worry and anxiety.

The Raw Revolution Diet by Cherie Soria

I refer to this book almost 3-4 times a week. It has become my go-to book for many raw food recipes. I particulary love the salad dressings and the spreads and dips. Even if you never took a look at the recipes, the book provides loads of information on how you can utilize raw foods to lose weigh, gain energy and feel younger. It is very detailed, discusses the nutritional composition of the foods you are eating and even provides sample meal plans. This book stays open on my counter top or kitchen table.
